DJ Davin (“DK”) Quinn has been a tango dancer since 2006, a DJ since 2012, and has been delighting dancers at events around the country with his extensive collection of vinyl tango records since 2017. The richness of the vinyl sound, the high quality of the transfers, and the 100% analogue equipment all combine to produce an immersive musical and dancing experience—dancers often say they hear things in their favorite songs that they never heard before! Davin has brought his Technics SL1200 turntables to the Albuquerque Tango Festival, the Los Angeles Endless Summer Tango Marathon, International Tango Summit, Las Vegas All-You-Can-Tango Marathon, and the DC Tango Holiday Marathon. Davin always combines the classic hits with exciting new material and energetic cortinas to keep the party pumping and dancers dancing from beginning to end.
Diego Doigneau
Born in Argentina, studied Music and Theatre both in Buenos Aires and London.
For 9 years he‘s been the resident dj at Negracha Tango Club, London’s biggest milonga while also djing in all London and many UK Milongas.He has also been djing in major worldwide festivals and milongas including River Tango in London, Mediterranean Summer Tango Festival in Porec, Lisbon Tango Festival, Lisbon Tango Marathon, Farabute Tango Fest in Rome, Ljubljana Tango Festival, Brussels Tango Festival, CircuiTo milonguero in Turin, Festivalito in Edinburgh, Tango Torino Festival, Milano Festival, Maldito Tango in Sweden, Otoño en Palermo tango Festival, Bella Ciao Marathon in Tours France, Dos Corazones Tango Accademia, Milonga Pasional in Porto, El Abrazo in Skipton Uk, Practica X and Viva la Pepa in Buenos Aires and many more.He was one of the organisers of Tango Etnia and one of the founders of Milonga 3D and Percal in London. His work at milongas is mainly to create the journey the dancers will take that night through the music, for this he selects the songs varying constantly the atmosphere of the night.
The core of the night will be based on golden era orchestras, but it depending on the night, modern orchestras will be added to the mix. He loves music in general, he loves the night and he loves to keep people dancing till even after the milonga is over.
